William E. Finn

President and Chief Executive Officer

William E. Finn has led Reserve Care as President and CEO since 2011, bringing more than 40 years of experience in hospice and palliative care. He guides the organization with a deep commitment to dignity, innovation and community partnership. Bill serves in leadership roles with state and national end-of-life care organizations, including the National Hospice Work Group, LeadingAge Ohio, Hospice Alliance of Ohio and the Executive Committee of the National Partnership for Hospice Innovation.

Todd Benenati

Vice President of Information Systems

Todd Benenati leads technology strategy and innovation as Vice President of Information Systems. Since joining Reserve Care in 2013, he has advanced secure, reliable systems that support patient care and operational excellence. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science and MBA from John Carroll University. His previous leadership roles include Director of IT at Lifetime Financial Alliance and IT Manager at Progressive Insurance.

Sean Cannone, DO, CMD

Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Dr. Sean Cannone serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, overseeing clinical care, quality, compliance and education. He joined Reserve Care in 2024 after serving as System Medical Director for Population Health at University Hospitals, where he led post-acute quality initiatives and clinical integration efforts. Dr. Cannone brings expertise in geriatric medicine, hospice and nursing home medical direction, clinical education and population health management. He strengthens care delivery through collaboration, accountability and innovation.

Cory Chevalier, MD, FACP, FAAHPM

Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Cory Chevalier is Chief Medical Officer at Hospice of the Western Reserve, responsible for guiding the agency’s clinical strategy and ensuring high standards of quality, safety and compassionate care across all service settings. He oversees the medical staff and supports interdisciplinary teams in delivering expert symptom management, hospice and palliative care. Before joining Hospice of the Western Reserve, Dr. Chevalier served as Director of Hospice and Palliative Care at the VA Northeast Ohio Healthcare System and as an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Case Western Reserve University. He also held leadership positions at Cleveland Clinic, including Clinical Director of Palliative Education for the Lerner College of Medicine, Physician Advisor for Medical Students, and Associate Program Director for Internal Medicine. Board certified in internal medicine and hospice and palliative medicine, Dr. Chevalier is a fellow of both the American College of Physicians and the American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine.

Kyle Godhard

Vice President of Human Resources

Kyle Godhard leads talent acquisition, employee relations, organizational development and compensation and benefits at Reserve Care. Since joining in 2022, he has focused on building a mission-driven workforce. He brings 17 years of human resources experience, including serving as Director of Human Resources at Freeway Corporation. Kyle earned a bachelor’s degree in business management with minors in marketing and economics from Kent State University and a master’s degree in human resources and labor relations from Cleveland State University.

Jeff Kovacs, CPA, MBA

Chief Financial Officer

Jeff Kovacs has served as Chief Financial Officer since 2020. He leads all financial operations, including reporting, budgeting, banking relationships and long-range planning. With more than 20 years of health care finance and operations experience, Jeff strengthens sustainability through disciplined strategy and thoughtful stewardship. He aligns financial leadership with Reserve Care’s mission to ensure compassionate care remains accessible to the communities we serve.

Elizabeth McIntyre

Chief Marketing and Communications Officer

Elizabeth McIntyre leads internal and external communications as Chief Marketing and Communications Officer. She joined Reserve Care in 2024 following more than 30 years in journalism and strategic communications. Elizabeth spent 20 years at The Plain Dealer and later served as executive editor of Crain’s Cleveland Business. She also held leadership roles with the Cleveland Foundation and the National Association of College Stores. She advances a clear, compassionate voice that reflects our mission and honors every story entrusted to our care.

Lynn Mock

Chief Strategy Officer

Lynn Mock became Chief Strategy Officer in December 2023. An effective and positive leader, she plans and directs the agency’s strategic marketing plan and oversees a staff of Provider Relations Managers. Lynn also builds collaborative relationships with Health Systems, payers, and professional referral sources across Reserve Care's service area. To promote the agency’s goals, mission, and leadership in the healthcare space, Lynn leads the strategic planning, development, and administration of community and professional outreach efforts. Before joining Reserve Care, Lynn has 24 years of healthcare industry experience including long-term care pharmacy, hospice, and skilled nursing. Lynn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Bowling Green State University.

Mary Kay Tyler, MSN, CNP, CHPCA

Chief Quality and Compliance Officer

Mary Kay Tyler serves as Chief Quality and Compliance Officer, leading corporate quality, regulatory compliance and HIPAA privacy programs. She joined the organization in 1999 and previously directed Pediatrics and Clinical Support Teams for a decade. Mary Kay also chairs the Ohio Pediatric Palliative/End-Of-Life Network, advocating for children and families receiving palliative and hospice services. She ensures Reserve Care delivers safe, high-quality care grounded in integrity and compassion.
