Finding Meaning is a six-week supportive series for adults adjusting to life after the death of someone important to them. Through education and creative activities, participants will explore ways to honor their loss while making space for their own grief and healing. Sessions will incorporate creative writing, collage and objects from nature to offer different ways to reflect, remember and express what can be difficult to put into words.
No creative experience is needed. This series offers a supportive environment to explore grief at your own pace and connect with others who understand the experience of loss.
Free and open to all.
