The holiday season can bring added challenges when you are grieving. Traditions, gatherings and memories may feel different after the death of someone you love. This session offers a supportive space to talk about what this season may bring and explore practical ways to care for yourself. Participants will learn strategies for navigating traditions, setting boundaries, honoring their person and making room for grief during the holidays.
This program is free and open to adults who have experienced the death of someone important to them.
