Grief can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face it alone. Serenity Seekers is a six-week series for adults who are grieving the death of a loved one. Led by experienced grief support professionals, each session offers a safe, compassionate space to share your experiences, learn healthy coping strategies and connect with others who understand the journey of loss.

Whether your loss is recent or happened months ago, this grief support group can help you find understanding, encouragement and hope as you move forward at your own pace. There is no right way to grieve, and you will be supported wherever you are in your journey.

Participants are encouraged to attend all six sessions to build meaningful connections and gain the greatest benefit from the group experience.
