The death of a loved one can change every part of life. You don’t have to navigate grief alone. This series is a four-week grief support group for adults who have experienced the death of a loved one. Led by experienced grief support professionals, each session offers education about the grieving process, practical coping strategies and a supportive space to connect with others who understand.
Participants are encouraged to attend all four sessions to get the most from the group experience.
Free and open to all.
