Grief 101
If you’ve experienced the death of a loved one within the past six months, Grief 101 offers a supportive place to better understand the grieving process. This educational, two-session grief support group explores the common signs and symptoms of grief, what to expect in the early months after a loss and practical strategies for coping day to day.
Led by Reserve Care’s bereavement team, participants will gain helpful insights, connect with others who understand and learn tools to support healing. Register by September 18, 2026.
