The holiday season can bring added challenges when you’re grieving. Planning ahead can help you approach meaningful or difficult days with greater care and intention. This Holiday Anticipation Workshop helps participants identify days, traditions and situations that may feel especially challenging during the holiday season. Together, we’ll explore practical strategies for coping with grief, setting boundaries and caring for yourself along the way.
Journals will be provided to all participants.
